Experience: •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field.

Contract of Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 TO 5:30

Job Location: Dhobighat, Lalitpur

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and use data to improve learning outcomes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and basic multimedia tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assess technical training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultations with managers and department heads.
Design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs, manuals, and e-learning modules for new and existing employees.
Conduct workshops, hands-on technical sessions, and on-the-job training to enhance employees’ technical competencies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical leads to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed based on feedback and outcomes.
Maintain training records, attendance, and certifications in accordance with company policy.
