Working Hours: 9:30 TO 5:30

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and use data to improve learning outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and basic multimedia tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assess technical training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultations with managers and department heads.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs, manuals, and e-learning modules for new and existing employees.
  • Conduct workshops, hands-on technical sessions, and on-the-job training to enhance employees’ technical competencies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical leads to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and certifications in accordance with company policy.
