Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the spare parts, store and team.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, issue logs, and stock levels.

· Coordinate spare parts dispatch and returns across multiple field locations.

· Ensure proper tagging, storage, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials.

· Implement and maintain inventory control processes, including physical verification and reconciliation.

· Communicate with Clients, field operations, and project teams to ensure timely availability of critical components.

· Identify and report damaged or obsolete materials and initiate disposal or replacement as per company policy.

· Lead and guide the warehouse/parts handling staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

· Prepare and submit periodic reports on stock status, movement trends, and consumption patterns to management.

· Ensure compliance with company processes, including system-based tracking (ERP/Excel/Inventory Tools).
