A. Technical Support

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to staff.

B. Network & System Management

Monitor and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall.

Ensure system security, data backups, and recovery procedures.

Manage server-related tasks (Active Directory, file sharing, access permissions).

Update antivirus, patch management, and system security controls.
C. Software & Application Management

Install and configure software applications as per company requirements.

Provide support for ERP, HRM, CRM, or other in-house systems.

Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades or troubleshooting.
D. IT Asset Management

Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, routers, printers, accessories).

Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and documentation.

Assist in procurement planning for IT equipment and licenses.
E. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure data security, confidentiality, and IT policy compliance.

Prepare periodic IT reports and documentation.

Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and SOPs.
