Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA, BBS, or equivalent).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Freshers with internship experience may be considered.
Contract of Employment: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 TO 5:30
Salary: Negoitable

Note: Must have two wheeler and a valid driving license
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily attendance checking and analyze the total manpower, present, leave and absent details.
- Regional Manpower hiring initiation, termination, and other HR formalities with the help of the central HR team.
- Employee OT/TADA tracking manual /through the IT platform. Until the IT platform is ready, track the OT /TADA manually.
- Branch Petty cash handling and related management.
- Branch/regional level administrative responsibilities such as Vehicle management, office management, local bodies coordination etc.
- Assistant to the RTM/OI
- Small branch where admin role is combined with Store /ONM shall report to regional /main branch HR/admin.
