Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA, BBS, or equivalent).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Freshers with internship experience may be considered.
Contract of Employment: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 TO 5:30
Salary: Negoitable
Job Location: Simara and Birgunj

Skills and Knowledge:

Note: Must have two wheeler and a valid driving license

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Daily attendance checking and analyze the total manpower, present, leave and absent details.
  2. Regional Manpower hiring initiation, termination, and other HR formalities with the help of the central HR team.
  3. Employee OT/TADA tracking manual /through the IT platform. Until the IT platform is ready, track the OT /TADA manually.
  4. Branch Petty cash handling and related management.
  5. Branch/regional level administrative responsibilities such as Vehicle management, office management, local bodies coordination etc.
  6. Assistant to the RTM/OI
  7. Small branch where admin role is combined with Store /ONM shall report to regional /main branch HR/admin.
